Stilson Toolbox
The Stilson toolbox is from the Stilson family. Three carpenters are listed as residents of Monkton in “Hamilton Child’s 1881-1882 Directory of Addison County.” The 1857 Addison County map has two homes just to the west of Monkton Village labeled H.P. Stillson and A. Stillson.
